Store use

Products and use
Our products are cosmetic skincare products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product descriptions explain what ingredients are and why they are included; they are not promises of specific results, and results vary from person to person.
Always patch test before first use and stop using the product if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition or allergies, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children. The product contains methylene blue, a dye, which may temporarily mark skin or fabrics.
We sell products made by a third-party manufacturer. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.
Pricing and offers
Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. Bundle offers and discount codes apply as described on our site and at checkout, may not be combined unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if we suspect fraud or if a product becomes unavailable. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Shipping and returns
Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to OKAYLIA SKINCARE or is used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the consumer laws that apply to you, which cannot be excluded.
